Peak Performance for Companies & Organizations

Vital Leadership for companies and organizations results in having more great managers by guiding managers in their development of having excellence in well-being & self-leadership.

We know that to achieve business results, manager leadership is more important today than ever before. Ken Blanchard, author of The One Minute Manager and Servant Leadership, states “20 years ago leadership meant power – today it means empowering others.” The Gallup organization calls their most clarifying finding in its 80 year history, that managers are the most important influencers on an employers culture and organizations performance. The results from great managers are employees who have a thriving wellbeing which includes the alignment of an employees purpose and values with organizational objectives. Ultimately, great managers lead to higher employee engagement, employment retention and performance.

“20 years ago, leadership meant power. Today, it means empowering others.”Ken Blanchard

The foundation of being a great manager begins with being a great self-leader in all aspects of their life. This is important because a manager’s primary message is not what they say but who they are. Vital leadership self-leadership training is based on what world-renowned business strategist Peter Drucker says is most important for a leader.

“Your first and foremost job as a leader is to take charge of your own energy, and then to help orchestrate the energy of those around you.”Peter Drucker

A person’s energy results in measurable vital behaviors in every dimension of a person’s wellbeing. It begins with spiritual or what a individual considers their ultimate mission or purpose in life and then extends to their physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing.

Through various methods, including Design Thinking, Vital Leadership guides employers to empathize why some of your managers are not achieving excellence in self-leadership and then collaborates with all stakeholders to develop impactful and measurable solutions.

    • “Going through the Vital Leadership curriculum has given me actual tools to be successful in leading myself throughout the rest of my life. It is a perfect self-analysis, asking questions I forget to ask myself and reflecting deep into the way I perceive myself. It also asks the right questions to challenge the way I view myself, and inviting others into the process to help me grow.”

    • “Vital Leadership has been an integral part of our son Bradley’s tennis development on and off the tennis court. Kim’s unique ability to understand the challenges of a youth athlete is simply outstanding. Bradley has been able to win matches and the mental game during the match because of Kim’s involvement.”

My son has thoroughly enjoyed working with Kim and always comes away with practical ways he can apply her lessons and advice while competing. I’ve recommended Vital Leadership to friends and will continue to do so!”
